What you are actually paying someone to do

Six services, each with a defined deliverable and a defined thing we need from you. Read the second column first — that is the part students underestimate.

Service 01

University and course selection

The most consequential hour of the process, and the one most often rushed. We work from your actual transcript — CGPA, subject combination, gaps, backlogs — and from a number you can genuinely arrange. A shortlist that ignores your grades produces rejections; one that ignores your budget produces a visa refusal. We build one that survives both: eight to twelve programmes across reach, realistic and safe. Where a country is wrong for you, we say so early.

You get

  • A written shortlist of 8–12 programmes in three tiers, with entry requirements against your profile
  • Total first-year cost for each, tuition and living separated
  • Intake and deadline map, counted backwards from the closing date
  • An honest note on where you are weak and what would strengthen it

We need from you

  • All transcripts and certificates, even the ones you would rather skip
  • A real budget figure, and who is providing it
  • Any test scores you already hold
  • What you want to be doing five years after graduating

Service 02

Admission guidance and application filing

Applications fail on administration far more often than on merit — a missing attestation, a wrong file format, a deadline that closed at midnight elsewhere. We file, track and chase, logging every submission with a date, and we read the offer conditions with you before you accept.

You get

  • Portal registration and submission for every shortlisted university
  • Document formatting, attestation and translation coordination
  • A tracked log of what was submitted, when, and to whom
  • Follow-up with admissions offices until a decision is issued
  • Offer letter review — conditions, deposits, refund terms explained in plain language

We need from you

  • Original documents available when attestation windows open
  • A response within 48 hours when a university asks something
  • Access to the email address used for applications

Service 03

Scholarship and financial aid support

There is real money available — Stipendium Hungaricum, Türkiye Bursları, the Global Korea Scholarship, CSC, Finland's tuition waivers, Italy's DSU awards — and a great deal of noise around it. We match you to schemes you can genuinely win, and say which ones you cannot.

You get

  • A shortlist of government, university and external awards matched to your profile
  • Deadlines mapped, including the ones that close before the admission deadline
  • Application support — motivation letters, research statements, reference coordination
  • Guidance on education loans and the documentation Bangladeshi banks ask for
  • A frank probability read on each, so you spend effort where it counts

We need from you

  • Time — the strongest applications start six to nine months out
  • Referees who will actually reply
  • Honesty about the family's real financial position

Service 04

SOP, LOR and CV drafting

Your statement of purpose is read twice: by an admissions committee asking whether you can do the course, and by a visa officer asking whether you intend to. We draft with you, not for you — a purchased SOP falls apart the moment an interviewer asks you to explain a sentence in it.

You get

  • An SOP tailored to each university, not one text with the name swapped
  • Guidance and structure for referees writing your recommendation letters
  • An academic CV in the format the destination expects
  • Explanation letters for study gaps, grade dips or a change of field
  • Consistency review across every document, so nothing contradicts

We need from you

  • Two honest conversations about why this course and why this country
  • Your own first attempt, however rough — it is always better material than an interview
  • Referee names early, with their designations and institutional emails

Service 05

Student visa application assistance

This is where files are lost. Not on academics — on financial documentation that cannot be explained, on an interview answer that contradicts the SOP, on a form field completed carelessly two months earlier.

Filing is done by THB Visa Services Ltd., the group's visa company, from the same office — country desks that track each embassy's current checklist rather than a counsellor guessing. We build the financial file to the standard the specific mission expects, which is not the same standard everywhere. Then we rehearse. Mock interviews continue until your answers are consistent, specific and yours. If we think your file is not ready to lodge, we will tell you rather than let you spend the fee.

You get

  • A complete visa file assembled to the destination's checklist, not a generic one
  • Financial documentation and a written source-of-funds narrative
  • Form completion review before submission
  • Appointment, biometrics and medical scheduling
  • Mock interviews with recorded feedback until you are steady
  • Refusal analysis and a re-application plan if it comes to that

We need from you

  • Truthful financial history, including anything irregular — we can explain a fact, not a surprise
  • Your sponsor available for documentation and, if asked, for verification
  • Willingness to rehearse more than once

Service 06

Pre-departure and post-arrival support

The visa is not the finish line. The first month is where students struggle — a deposit scam, a missed registration deadline, a bank account that needs an address you do not have. We brief you before you fly and stay reachable after you land.

You get

  • Accommodation leads and a warning list of the scams current in that city
  • Airport, arrival and first-week planning
  • Residence registration, bank account and SIM guidance for the destination
  • Forex, remittance and initial budget planning
  • A pre-departure briefing covering culture, weather, food and campus norms
  • A Dhaka number to call in the first month when something goes wrong

We need from you

  • Your flight details before you book, not after
  • A message when you land — it takes ten seconds and saves your family a night

Fees

How charging works here

Counselling, course selection and admission guidance cost you nothing. You should be able to decide whether to work with us without a payment behind you.

  • Where a service charge applies to a destination, you receive it in writing before you pay anything.
  • University application fees, test fees, attestation costs and embassy fees are listed separately from our fee, so you always know which part of the money is ours.
  • Nothing is charged for a stage that has not started. If you stop after admission and handle the visa yourself, you owe nothing for the visa stage.
  • If a charge is not on the written scope you signed, you do not owe it.

Start anywhere

You do not have to buy the whole process.

Some students come to us only for the visa file after arranging admission themselves. Others want the shortlist and nothing more. Tell us which part you need.
